A local foundation
Aerocorp begins building its aircraft-maintenance experience in Costa Rica.
About Aerocorp
Since 1989, Aerocorp has been a trusted name in aircraft maintenance, repair, and technical support in Costa Rica.
Our organization
From our headquarters at Tobías Bolaños International Airport (MRPV) in San José, we support general, business, and rotary-wing aviation with one objective: to keep our customers flying safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
Operating from a 14,000 sq. ft. facility at Hangar 38, Aerocorp brings together decades of aviation experience with a continuously evolving technical organization. What began as a local maintenance operation has developed into a comprehensive MRO serving private aircraft owners, flight schools, charter operators, corporate fleets, and aviation organizations throughout Costa Rica, Central America, and beyond.

Today
A multidisciplinary team supports general, business, and rotary-wing aviation from Hangar 38.
Future
New technology, training, infrastructure, and capabilities move the organization forward.
More than an MRO
At Aerocorp, we believe aircraft maintenance should be more than simply completing an inspection or returning an aircraft to service. It should be about creating a long-term relationship built on safety, technical excellence, transparency, and trust.
Our multidisciplinary team coordinates scheduled and preventive maintenance, avionics upgrades and modifications, engine and component work, aircraft painting and restoration, interiors and upholstery, inspections, troubleshooting, and field support under one roof. This integrated approach gives customers a single technical partner capable of managing their aircraft throughout its operational life.
From piston aircraft and turboprops to helicopters and business aviation, every aircraft that enters our facility receives the same commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Costa Rica at the center of the Americas
Our location in Costa Rica places Aerocorp in a strategic position to support aircraft operating throughout the Americas. From San José, we combine geographic accessibility with highly qualified technical personnel, competitive operating costs, and internationally recognized maintenance standards.
Aerocorp operates under Costa Rica’s Free Trade Zone regime, offering eligible foreign aircraft and imported aircraft parts access to tax exemptions, subject to applicable customs requirements and authorizations.
The regime is administered by PROCOMER, Costa Rica’s trade and investment promotion agency. PROCOMER supports exports and investment and processes Free Trade Zone applications, with formal approval granted through the Ministry of Foreign Trade (COMEX).
This makes Aerocorp an attractive alternative for operators seeking high-quality aircraft maintenance without compromising safety, regulatory compliance, or workmanship.
Quality without compromise
Aerocorp operates as a DGAC Costa Rica-approved maintenance organization, holds FAA Repair Station approval, and maintains an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. These approvals support a disciplined approach to maintenance, documentation, traceability, and continuous improvement.
Certifications are only part of our commitment. We continuously invest in technical training, employee development, tooling, infrastructure, and new capabilities so our organization evolves alongside the aircraft and technologies we support.
Our people make the difference
Behind every aircraft is a team of technicians, engineers, inspectors, specialists, and support personnel who understand the responsibility that comes with aviation.
We develop our capabilities in-house and maintain direct control over the quality of our work. From mechanical maintenance and avionics to paint, interiors, and aircraft restoration, our teams work toward one objective: delivering an aircraft we are proud to return to our customer.
Experience gives us our foundation. Continuous improvement defines where we are going.

Our mission
To provide safe, reliable, and high-quality aviation maintenance solutions through exceptional customer service, qualified technical expertise, efficient execution, and a commitment to exceeding our customers' expectations.

Aviation is our commitment

Today, Aerocorp builds on that history through new technology, expanded capabilities, international standards, and a renewed vision for the future of aviation maintenance in Costa Rica.
